About Me

I’ve spent my career helping people turn creative ideas into finished visual experiences. Since beginning my freelance career in 1996, I’ve worked in the fields of photo editing, retouching, compositing, video editing, motion graphics, animation, and visual effects. What interests me about the work I do is what it makes possible—helping a client find their way to what they want to see.

An equally important part of my creative life has been my extensive work in theatre as a Sound Designer. It taught me to think in terms of time, rhythm, themes, emotions, and—most importantly—audience attention. That work continues to inform my video editing today. I love bringing images, music, and sound together into a cohesive whole, and understanding how pacing and the precise timing of an edit can build anticipation, create an emotional response, and keep an audience engaged.

Today, AI image and video generation have become exciting additions to this creative toolbox, allowing me to explore ideas more quickly and create things that once might have been impractical or impossible. But the technology hasn’t changed the way I approach my work: I listen carefully, take direction well, communicate openly, and keep working until the image or sequence feels right. For me, AI isn’t a replacement for craftsmanship—it’s an extraordinary new creative resource that, combined with experience, judgment, and a good eye and ear, opens up an entirely new world of possibilities.

Let’s make something new together.
